At GRUV Entertainment, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return most items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your GRUV account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all discs, cases, and inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the provided prepaid return shipping label and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
